24.10.2025. New FP-BVa Full-Bore Ball Valves with Service Port
In October 2025, Frigopoint began serial production of FP-BVa ball valves with a service port. The service port is stamped into the brass body of the ball valve. The service port spool is supplied with the ball valve in a separate zip-lock bag.
The ball valves are manufactured using a full cycle, from casting to welding and brazing, using Russian raw materials at the plant in Belgorod. The production line is automated and can produce up to 150,000 ball valves per year.
The following models of ball valves with a service port are currently in production:

The main advantages of FP-BV ball valves with a service port over existing Chinese products on the market are:
1) The full-bore design of the inner ball, which fully matches the design of European ball valves, unlike the narrower design of Chinese manufacturers:
2) The stamped service port makes the design more rigid and stable during installation of the threaded connection:
