Frigopoint Launches Robotic Cable Assembly Manufacturing Complex

Russian refrigeration components plant Frigopoint launched a robotic complex for the production of cable assemblies in the summer of 2024. The complex allows the production of cable assemblies that are completely ready for soldering for FP-PT, FP-PTR pressure sensors, FP-CPR1, FP-ECPR2 speed controllers, FP-ERL5, FP-ELS2 level controllers. The complex replaces 3 stations for the production of cable assemblies and has increased the productivity of the production area by 600%. Monthly productivity of 70,000 pcs/month covers 100% of the need for cable assemblies in Frigopoint assembly plants.
During 2025/2026, Frigopoint plans to automate / robotize production processes related to the production of electronic components and significantly increase the output of automation.
