FP cooling technologies presents Feedway - oil level control system for refrigeration compressor equipment. The central component of the oil level control system is the FP-ERL3 - oil level regulator in the compressor crankcase. Based on the principle of measuring electromagnetic fields using a Hall sensor, the regulator is not sensitive to sunlight, foaming and dirty oil in the crankcase and allows accurately measuring of the real oil level.
Regulator is operated from 230 V AC. The device automatically feeds oil to the compressor crankcase from the oil return line using an integrated solenoid valve, in case of oil level drop below 40% and emergency switch off compressor with alarm relay, If the oil level drops below 20% within 120 seconds.
This device is the 3rd generation of electronic level regulators produced by FP factory and it collect all the experience accumulated by the company's engineers in the design of oil return systems.
The regulator is equipped with one of five adapters type using for the most common models of compressors, such manufacturers as Bitzer, Bock, Frascold, Copeland and etc.
FP cooling technologies is the leading Russian manufacturer components of the cooling systems. Factory produces a complete line of components for oil return and refrigeration systems.
