The Russian refrigeration equipment plant Frigopoint has completed the certification process for compliance with EU standards for equipment operating under pressure PED 2014/68 / EU.

Prehistory.
In 2015, the company began a certification audit, on the conformity of products produced by the plant, and processes to European standards. During the well-coordinated work of the engineers and managers of the company, the production and technological processes, documentation and workflow of the plant were brought into compliance with the requirements of the European standards ISO9001, PED 2014/68 EU, EN ISO9606, EN ISO15607, EN ISO151614. In May 2017, the production of Frigopoint was certified for the production of pressure equipment for EU countries.
The certifying body was the German auditing agency TÜV Rheinland Group *. According to the PED 2014/68 standard, the refrigerant receivers FP-LR-40 ... 250, FP-LRH-40 ... 250 and the oil separators FP-OS-45 belong to the highest categories of equipment operating under pressure (categories 3 and 4). For certification in these categories, the certification scheme for modules B and D was chosen, which implies a comprehensive analysis of the processes occurring at the plant.
 During the certification audits, certificates were issued for the following PED 2014/68 / EC modules:
 - Module A1 (internal production inspections with ongoing control of the final evaluation)
 - Module B (Standard inspection of products for compliance with PED 2014/68 / EU)
 - Module D (product quality assurance)
As a result of the measures, the following products are allowed for operation in the territory of EU countries:
 - Electronic oil level regulators (FP-ERL3, FP-ERL2)
 - Vertical Refrigerant receivers (FP-LR-1,0 ... 250,0);
 - Horizontal Refrigerant receivers (FP-LRH-12.0 ... 250.0);
 - Oil separators (FP-OS-2,0 ... 45,0);
 - Oil receivers (FP-OR-5,0 ... FP-OR-25,0);
 - Suction accumulators (FP-AS-2,0 ... 45,0);
 - Vibroeliminators (FP-VA-038 ... 318);
